President and Owner, Michael Martin, works closely with every client from initial meetings through to after-sales service. A “hands-on” manager, Michael maintains strict quality control throughout the project and provides on-site, personal supervision of all individuals involved in the project. Most subcontractors and tradespeople have been associated with Terridar Builders for many years and have been retained because of their committment to excellence in workmanship.
